Our Stocking policy is to hold sufficient stock in our own warehouses as well as in our nominated Retail stores.

IXU follows a rigid stock accuracy model and stock levels are checked daily. Shortages of stock are replenished with urgency.
Although we don't price match we do have regular promotions throughout the season including multi-buy offers and regular price deals on various products every month.
We do not accept orders by fax or email due to the obvious personal information security issues. While we are happy to deal with initial enquiries this way, final orders must be processed on our secure website.

Due to the nature of the product, no global manufacturerare able to give an unconditional warranty of sports equipment.
As such any repairs or replacement will be at the discretion of IXU. In our assessment of the damage we will investigate the nature and cause of the damage. We are committed to dealing with any problems in a fair manner and to get you playing with your bat as soon as possible.
We recommend that you send us a photo of any damage to your equipment so that we can help you in assessing the best way forward.
We have a fully equipped refurbishment center and you are welcome send in your bat for a service.
